How to find the Department of Sociology

Address: Gamla lungkliniken (House G), Sandgatan 11, Lund

Welcome to the Department of Sociology and our building "Gamla lungkliniken", located in the heart of Lund University’s beautiful campus area, Paradis. Here you will find teachers, researchers, students and administrators for our three subjects: Gender Studies, Social Anthropology and Sociology.

Teaching locations

Teaching usually takes place in our building and elsewhere in the Paradis area, but may also be scheduled in other parts of Lund. See the list below. Each link opens the location in Google Maps.

Which "hus" do I go to?

“Hus” is the Swedish word for “house”. Look for this in your schedule to find the right building for your class.

Find your schedule. Use the course code or course name to search the timetable database.
