Based on empirical material (interviews and field observations), the purpose of this project is to map and analyze how the staff of the different organizations experience, understand, and define organizational, cultural, historical, and legal differences between the different border agencies.
In addition, the aim is also to map and analyze how travelers experience, interpret, and define “freedom of movement” in the Baltic Sea region regarding the border agencies.
