Summary, in English

In this publication we have assembled eight case studies and a ”national report” on Sweden that we wrote during 2005 as part of work commissioned by the European Foundation in Dublin. The Foundation had in the 1990’s and in the first years of the 21st century as one of its objectives to investigate the situation for older and ageing workers in Europe, and to develop policy initiatives on the level of firms and organizations to counteract early exit.
