Alarms

An important task of the caretaker is the maintenance of the department's premises, opening hours and alarm functions. Please contact us well in advance of special events or if you have any questions.

Mail

For most of our outgoing mail, please use envelopes with the department's barcode. It is also possible to leave ordinary stamped mail and internal mail.

Envelopes are available in the first floor printer room (US second floor).

Please place your outgoing mail in the blue trays on level 2 and level 4 by 12:00.

Mail is collected at around 13:30, when both incoming and outgoing mail is delivered and collected.
