Update your personal page

Your personal page on the Department of Sociology’s website is one of the most visited sections — both in Swedish and English. Keeping it up to date helps colleagues, students, and external visitors find accurate and relevant information about your work.

You have two versions of your page:

  • One in Swedish
  • One in English

Please take a few minutes to review and update both versions to ensure your profile reflects your current research, teaching, and expertise.

How to update your personal page – in 4 steps

Step 1: Log in to both language versions of the website

Swedish site: https://www.soc.lu.se/user/ or https://www.genus.lu.se/user/
English site: https://www.soc.lu.se/en/user/ or https://www.gender.lu.se/user/

Log in to both using your Lucat ID.

Step 2: Find your personal page

Go to the People list and click on your name. https://www.soc.lu.se/en/peoplelist or https://www.gender.lu.se/peoplelist

Step 3: Edit your page

Click the “Edit” button.
Make your changes.
Press “Save”.

Step 4: Update both language versions

If you're logged in to both sites (Step 1), you can easily switch between languages using the button at the top right of your personal page: “In English” / “På svenska”. Make the same updates in both versions.
