My research is concerned with how teachers navigate a work life that contains an increasing amount of documentation. The research is qualitative and I use a combination of fieldwork and interviews to investigate the creation of documents in schools and teachers’ experiences of different types of documentation. What role does documents play in the everyday work life of teachers? How do teachers go about their documentation work? In what ways can documentation be conceptualised as a problem or a solution, or both at the same time?
My background is in the field of anthropology with a bachelor's degree from Lunds university and a master's degree from the University of Copenhagen.
