This fall 2025, the research network Antiracism and Academic Freedom (ARAF) organizes a series of three master classes on the topic of The Public Intellectual with the first on 18th of september.
This fall, the research network Antiracism and Academic Freedom (ARAF) organizes a series of three master classes on the topic of The Public Intellectual. The series consists of readings and discussions of selected texts from gender studies, social anthropology, and sociology, relating to the role of the public intellectual, our disciplines, and today’s public debate. The masters classes will occur for three Thursdays during the fall, each time in room G335 between 15.15 and 17.00. The master class is open for all members of stuff, PhD students and master students are especially welcome.
The first in the serie is on the 18th of september and is organized by Elin Lundell, Marta Kolankiewicz, and Hansalbin Sältenberg.
