Department main entrance lined with pink wild roses.

Introductory meetings, summer opening hours, contact information and other useful information for the summer.

Introductory meetings

At the beginning of August, a welcome letter will be sent to the email address you have provided on universityadmissions.se In that letter you will find all you need to know regarding your introductory meeting. During the summer, we will make available Welcome Letters (for all courses starting in August/September) on the page soc.lu.se/en/welcome-letters-autumn.

If you have not received an email towards the end of August, please check your spam folder, or find the letter here on the website via the link above.

Please note that introductory meetings are for accepted students only and not for people on our waiting list. More information for those on the waiting list can be found on the page Checklist for New Students.

You can also usually see the time, date and place for the introductory meeting in your course schedule. Find your schedule by typing your course code or course name into TimeEdit.

For questions, contact the Student Office at info [at] soc [dot] lu [dot] se.
