Current research

Sandra Jönsson works during 2023-2027 in a research project funded by Forte where the aim is to develop long-term sustainable strategies and measures that prevent ill health and sick leave for professionals in the health care sector. The project has a participatory research design.
 

Background

Sandra Jönsson (PhD, 2005, Lund University), has in her research focused on areas such as, working conditions and work environment in private and public organizations, negative workplace behaviors and competence supply in the health care sector.
